Coco peat
Husk which grows around the hard coconut contains fibre and fine materials. Most of the fibre has been removed and remaining is fine material, coco peat. Coco peat is a growing medium which is use for many year.

We offer unwashed. Washed and buffered coco peat. Washed coco peat is washed with water to reduce its salinity and electrical conductivity (EC) less than 1. Buffered coco peat is treated with calcium nitrate and then washed with water to an electrical conductivity (EC) less than 1.The electrical conductivity (EC) is calculated at 1:1.5 dilution.

Coco chips
Husk around coconut is not separated into coco fibre and coco peat, it is cut into pieces to produce coco chips. Coco chips as an additive in potting mixtures creates a growing medium with ideal properties. One of the best properties is that it increase the amount of air that is available for the roots.
We offer washed coco chips.

Grow bags

Grow bags are ready to use substrates. Landscape engineering grow bags are made of constant quality and measures. We use UV stabilized plastic for our grow bags and also we can provide without plastic (naked planks). Our substrates are of two types, are consistent growing medium and available in different size.
We offer
1. LE Normal bags which contains coco peat.
2. LE optima which contains fine coco chips and coco peat.
Different sizes of grow bags available with us (all are expanded size in L x B x H)

We can manufacture any other size on demand

Geo Textiles
Geo TextilesGeo Textiles are a 100% biodegradable, strong and durable woven blanket which provides high resistance supporting growth and development of vegetation. Irrespective of the weaving pattern and spinning methods, geo textiles are good for soil erosion control. The woven geo-textiles of 400 GSM was found to be effective in controlling the erosion and subsequent growth of vegetation, along slopes having 45 degrees and that of 900 GSM was found to be effective along 60 degree slopes.

Advantages of Geo Textiles
• 100% Bio-degradable and eco friendly.
• Promote new vegetation by absorbing water and preventing top soil from drying out.
• Adds fertility to the soil after bio-degradation (Probably degrades in about 4-6 years).
• UV resistant.
• Easy to install / maintain / patch-up.
• High tensile strength and durability
• Available in 400/700/900 gm/Sq. m
• Length and width– As per customer requirements (Usually 50mx1m)

Coir yarn
CoirFiber is extracted from the protective husk of the coconut. The husks separated from the nuts are stored up to ten months. Then the husk is beaten manually to extract brown fiber from it. The fiber is later spun into yarn on spinning wheels. This is the traditional method of production of yarn. Alternatively this can be produced by mechanical spinning.
The yarn in used in rope making, matting, geo textiles etc.
Some typical applications of the coir yarn include:
• Preventing Soil Erosion
• Roof gardening
• River bank protection
• Land slide control
• Golf courses
• Coir matting manufacture
• Horticulture industry
2 ply yarn is the standard variety of coir yarn generally used with the following specifications.
• 100 Meters/ KG
• 110 Meters/ KG
• 120 Meters/ KG
• 130 Meters/ KG
Other varieties can be made based on customer requirements.
